USWe are very big Philadelphia fans and LOVE our urban stays there. This apartment was great, spacious, nicely decorated and fit the bill. We walk everywhere and it is perfectly located for that and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient shops. We don't drive to the city, BUT, there are parking lots all around.
For us, nothing.

USGood size, two bathrooms, pretty clean and central location
The furniture and especially the rugs need replacement, very stained and gross. It would improve the whole house. The door locks,specifically the downstairs lock is a bit confusing. The other tenants had issues with it and it would end up with lots of door slamming and angry neighbors who couldn’t figure it out.
USThe location was perfect; it was close to many shops and restaurants in the Fashion district We walked everywhere in the Old City area for historical sightseeing. Very spacious apartment, it had two bathrooms and an adequate kitchen. They supplied shampoo. conditioner and body wash.
The apartment was across the alley from a busy bar entrance and parking structure with loud talking and music all hours of the night. Two of the nights we stayed, big trash trucks emptied multiple big bins surrounding the area at 4AM waking us up. All the apartment rugs including the ones in the bathrooms were dirty and stained. The couch smelled dirty and had numerous stains on it. The listing said the apartment had a washing machine, but we couldn't find one. There were no hand towels or washcloths. Two-star property
