Area is super good. Parking is very good but Little tricky for sedans. Breakfast was okayish.. breakfast lady is too polite. Receptionist are good. Owner’s old Jaguar was looking good.

Bathroom was little dirty, ac was making trrrr noise.. this is a good hotel but it got little old. Proper maintenance would do it well. Staff boy who showed us room was looking very unprofessional & bad looking like a shady lodge boy that’s where we as a couple lost confidence yet we stayed & had no issues except ac sound.

It was typically south Indian. Chennai is a Metropolitan city. and when you say lavish breakfast including in the room rent then it should show some alternates to the local menu.

Very poor condition bed,chipping all over. Washbasin having many cracks. so was the condition of toilet seat and bathing taps. Frankly speaking, this room was nit worth mire than Rs.1200 - Rs 1300 whereas you are charging Rs 3750/- claiming it's Deluxe room. Sorry it was a pathetic decision to book looking at the camouflaged photographs on you booking portal
