Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

I booked the property for 2 nights. The property was exceptionally clean, safe, very good value and close to all amenities. The Host, (Joe )was very helpful and provided clear information on the property, access, car parking, etc and even left a welcome basket to get us started which was a lovely gesture. I would without hesitation rebook this property.

The space was excellent, accommodated for all of us. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was in an excellent location for what we needed.

Only thing and it's being very nit picky is could do with slightly bigger towels
