Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Overall for the money was great value."

Great location for what we wanted. Joe was happy to come and sort the TV out when we couldn’t get any sound on. Large enough for a family of 5. Think the owner has made vast improvements since taking over but some improvements are needed still.

Bedding was a little cheap and could of been a more comfortable sleep if this was sorted. Definitely need new pillows. The shower head was not secure, so had a difficulty with that. This could be an excellent stay with little work from the owner.
