Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"The house, and Belfast, made us feel at home."

Located in a quiet street, about 30 minutes walk from Belfast centre, a few minutes by taxi. There was a mini mart at the service station (a few minutes walk away) where essentials could be purchased. We didn’t really explore the locality (our visit was only 3 nights) but we believe there were fast food outlets fairly close by. The house was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. It even had a view. The large flat screen tv, with comfy sofa seating for four, made us feel right at home. The house was warm upon our arrival and the central heating easy to adjust by thermostat. The owner’s instructions were very clear and helpful, and the provision of tea, sugar and coffee was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Our double bed was low, a little awkward to get up from at 70 years of age. More than one pillow each needed. A waste bin in the bathroom is usual. Milk would have been so much appreciated for that much needed cuppa on arrival. Information about local shops and restaurants would have been useful. The kebab place on the main road is best avoided.

Quiet street. Close to the city. Marks n Spencer’s, kfc, Chinese take away few mins drive away.

Absolutely amazing house. So clean so fresh so up to date and modern. We had a technical issue and within 12 hours it was fixed with a smile from the owner!!! The house was amazing will definitely be back and so so friendly to contact can't recommend this place enough!!

The house was amazing, had everything you needed, decent sized bed room big kitchen and living room and stunning back garden and views , was a bit of a distance from the town centre that was the only down fall

Long walking distance to town centre and parking in centre is expensive but cheap taxi
