You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely , clean and spacious house with all amenities you could need ( hair dryer and straighteners came in handy ) , heating was great as was as comfy beds and tv in living room had plenty to watch ! Great location and host was very quick and helpful in responding ! Thanks for everything Joe would recommend and return !

"It was wonderful."

The stay was wonderful. We found everything we needed in the house, it was tidy, there was enough space. After a long plane trip, water and chips on the table was something wow :) I recommend it 100%. The hosts were caring, they asked if we managed to check in without problems.
