The location it’s in the bullring so it’s convenient location

It was cold . It smelt bad and the customer service was just weak . Pics don’t match the room not to mention the tv didn’t have batteries for the remote

Clear handover once I had the code, in a location close to New Street Station and the property. Good sized studio, close to all the central amenities

Wasn't sent the code to access the keys for collection in good time, had to call Booking.com to resolve Some iron marks in the carpet and some decor issues Heating wasn't easy to operate TV remote had no batteries so unable to use

Good view

Stains on everything quite literally. No batteries in tv remote so couldn't use tv. Iron burns across the whole place. Damaged shower, falling apart. Toilet seat wasn't attached, no plug to sink plus no handle on bath tap Mold on kitchen wall. Countless myself stains Black bag over fire alarm Plus wifi router has no stick with passwords👍🏻

The apartment is in a good location and is clean

One of the beds had one end of the wooden support lats on the floor. Nothing to dry pots with. No forks in the cutlery drawer. TV would show all apps but went blank when trying to stream and would not receive cast from phone. The only soft furnishing was a single upholstered dining chair. On my second night the electricity went off - distribution box had not tripped.

The location was superb

It was the worst apartment I have ever stopped in don't know how you advertise. this the widow was broken and taped up no sette the bed was broken no forks one knife a huge basket of dirty washing the list is end less I have stopped at the rotunda before and it was ok it wasn't for purpose
