"Unbereably hot."

We weren’t able to open the windows. We were above 30°C in the house, with two fans that barely did the job because they were old. I sent a message to the owner asking him for solutions and he didn’t even bother to answer. NOT a single response. We had to leave the door open so we weren’t hot. It was horrible and i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Not coming back to this appartment.

Right in the city centre

There was no chance of sleeping in the heat. I get that you tried by adding a fan, but that made a negligible difference. It was the most horrible night I have ever had. The city centre is a nightmare to navigate. And any parking seemed to be a fair way away.

"Needs much improvement in terms of heat and windows and air conditioning"

Location

Unbearably hot with one fan and air conditioning not working, windows broken and unable to be opened,contacted the host several times and was ignored which was v disappointing

"Like a Sauna!!"

Location was excellent - outside Birmingham New Street station.

TV was on the floor, photograph canvas was on the floor. Bed was really low - it was a sauna in the room, so hot you couldn’t sleep. There was no windows & one of our fans had broken. We messaged the host to ask if we could have a new fan put in - they didn’t respond.
