The view

The filth. Stained carpets and curtains. Dirt smudges on all the walls. Incredibly dirty(black) skirting boards.Black mould in the shower cubicle and obvious signs of it spreading. Tissue shoved into vents. Tissues and towels used to prop the windows open. The sliding window/door not working so no air flow. The air conditioning unit is not working. Hole in the floor near the windows. No response from the property owner or booking.com within 48 hours of initial complaint. We were unable to move the first night due to commitments. However managed to find a hotel nearby first thing the following morning and left the property. This caused us to miss part of the days planned activities. What was meant to be a special trip for my autistic daughter, ended up having many fraught unnecessary moments due to all of the above. It's a shame as there are other nice apartments in the building, where we have stayed previously, but this has put us off ever returning. The view is not worth it.

Was so dirty and smelly smoked in and was really unhygienic i couldn’t stay there it was such a shame as i wasted lot of money of another things as never got to go.

The location and views were fantastic. The staff at the desk downstairs were helpful and friendly. It was easy to pick up the keys from the shop, as we passed it on the way to the property.

It was smelly and stale, and we were unable to open any windows. This spoiled our stay really. There was a portable air conditioning unit and a fan in the wardrobe.

The owner is literally impossible to get a hold off. Iv emailed twice, called 6 times and messaged twice on messages and even on booking.com but was ignored completely needed a code to get the key which wasn’t given to me i had to spam them for it to be given to me since i was stood waiting outside the shop like an idiot. Basically had to fight the door to even get in the room, both the fan and the AC didn’t work i don’t even know why they bothered to put it there? Then they’ve got the cheek to put a sign up saying you can’t open the windows🤣 was so hot in the room i swear i could hear it mocking me. The tap in the kitchen was broken and the sofa wasn’t even put together properly sat down and the side fell down. There was also a trail of blood on the floor outside going from the lift to a room to the left of where we stayed which was very unsettling We liked the view and the location was very convenient but for the amount you pay for one night and lack of communication you can tell the owner only cares about the money.

Place was infested with bugs. Unhygienic bathtub. Broken sofas. Blocked sinks. Broken taps. Stained sofas/bed. The accommodation doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. The host does not respond. I’ve had to find a replacement accommodation asap. Unacceptable resolution offered that doesn’t even cover the cost of the replacement accommodation. My shopping is ruined. I’ve had to move my car to another car park that I paid for Monday to Wednesday and have now lost out on that. I am itchy all over from a night of staying at this unclean property. I’ve sent evidence of this to booking.com. I expected a full refund not part of the stay. I slept there late night and didn’t notice how disgusting it was until the morning where I attempted to contact the host. Failing that, booking.com contacted him and he offered my £95 out of £174.
