"Pleasant"

Location

A bit tatty feeling. Marks on the carpet, picture that had fallen off the wall. Dirty radiator in bathroom. Far too hot as windows can't open.

"Wouldn’t not recommend."

Location and view.

Everything I touched was already broken, fell apart in my hands (ironing board, fan). The property is located in a building that no longer wants BnB listings and is actively trying to prevent/remove them. Fire alarm was covered in a black bag. Mould in shower. Entry is loose on the ground floor and anyone could walk in. No windows were allowed to be opened so it was extremely hot, the air con was dirty and very noisy but necessary to keep on all night.

"Great location and amazing views"

View is amazing!! The room is ideal for anyone on a short stay at Birmingham. Close to all amenities.

T.v didn't work, it was in the floor actually lots of sockets didn't work. We only stayed 1 night so wasn't that bothered but it would have been a problem if I was there any longer. Oh and bed creaked alot just general movement nothing exciting lol.

Lovely and spacious. Lots of facilities to use in the apartment if needed. Very grateful to the owners as they honoured a request I made for our booking which was extremely helpful for our stay. The views are excellent and leaving the curtains open in the night time looks lovely with the lights in the city 🥰🥰

"Good value and location"

Very convenient position, very large place, very great view! Easy to get too and good value.

It's *really* warm, with no AC and a broken fan. Wouldn't recommend for the summer! The bed is also really hard.

"Disappointing"

Great location and ideal for train station and getting to and from NEC. Great view.

Front door didn't lock properly and could be opened without key. Smell of previous guests smoking and no way to air room. Returning key has to be done after 9am so don't book an early flight.
