Kaas Villas - Entire Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool & Garden

This accomodation was our favourite place out of everywhere we stayed on our trip to Sri Lanka! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful and clean. We stayed with our three young children so having a spacious home and pool was perfect for us. Location was great. Walking distance to popular cafes/restaurants. Highly recommend Kaas Villa

Had an amazing stay at Kaas Villas. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained; perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall vibe of the villa made the trip even more memorable. Also, it has an amazing beach view! A special mention to Pradeep, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality and prompt assistance truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. From managing every little detail to ensuring we had a smooth experience, he went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hiriketiya; great hospitality, beautiful stay, and wonderful experience!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Great location and close to Dickwella beach which we preferred to chill at.

Het was een voortreffelijk verblijf met onze 2 jonge kinderen. Allereerst de zeer hartelijke ontvangst tijdens Sinhalese & Tamil new year. Daarnaast wordt er regelmatig goed schoon gemaakt, krijg je nieuwe handdoeken, dagelijks wordt het zwembad verzorgd, ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om op ons verzoek meer schaduw te creëren in de tuin voor de kinderen, verse passievruchten uit de tuin, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. 1 van de airco’s op de slaapkamers functioneerde niet goed en dat werd direct dezelfde dag opgelost door het team. en er is ook goede airco in de woonkamer.

Een suggestie: de slaapkamers zijn goed af te sluiten en daarmee mugvrij, maar omdat wij de deuren graag open houden ivm de kinderen hebben wij zelf even onze klamboes gebruikt. Om de villa nóg completer te maken, zou eventueel een pop-up klamboe aangeboden kunnen worden.

Ticked the boxes; great location for relaxing and still having relatively easy access to restaurants the beach and the market. The villa itself was excellent, with comfortable beds, plenty of room and amenities to keep clean and happy for the whole family. The site manager was always on hand and ready to help with any requests. This was our family favourite for our stay in Sri Lanka

We found this modern and impeccably maintained villa very homely and comfortable. Although we stayed only one night, we think this would be a perfect place for a longer family vacation. We loved the design of the villa with sea views, and the plunge pool was perfect to unwind after a day at the beach. Pehembiya beach that's a minute or two away is stunning, clean, calm enough to swim, surrounded by schools of fish, seabirds etc. There are also some wonderful restaurants close by, including the legendary Smoke and Bitters, that's a few minutes walk down the road

Perhaps an option to have breakfast would have been nice, although that's probably not part of the self-service design.
