Kaas Villas - Entire Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool & Garden

The location of the villa is right at the beach, which is perfect. Very spacious. The host Pradeep was always around to help and solve problems.

From the start there was a problem with AC in one of the bedrooms. We only stayed 3 nights. Two out of three nights 2 people had to sleep in the living room on a mattress, because one of the bedrooms was not usable without a working AC. The host was quick to reply and react to problems and most of the time there were workers dealing with the problematic AC. Due to that we did not got to enjoy the villa - one bedroom was not usable due to heat and there was no privacy because of the frequent visits to fix the AC.

Beliggenheten er helt super. 2 minutter å gå til stranden, samt kafeer og restauranter. Tuk tuk får du tak i 50 meter utenfor døra som kan ta deg videre til andre strender eller spisesteder lenger unna. Bestill frokosten på hotellet, den var så god og over all forventning. Og de ansatte var så serviceminded og hyggelige. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Klimaanlegget begynte å pipe midt på natten 2 av 3 netter vi bodde der. Da måtte vi skru det av og på noen ganger for å få det igang igjen. Usikker på hva som var årsaken til dette.

Clean, spacious, good facilities, lovely views to wake-up to. Our host was excellent- very attentive.

Great location 50m to the beach in the more quiet area of Dickwella but in walking distance to busy Hiriketiya Beach. Amazing and very friendly staff that even invited us to a candle light dinner on the roof terrace of our villa. With the heat, the private pool in the garden is an absolute gem!

Incredible stay at Kaas! We were blown away as soon as we saw the villa. The property is very spacious, with large rooms, modern bathrooms, and a fantastic pool area. The location is perfect, right opposite the beach and within walking distance to Hiriketiya Beach, as well as many great restaurants and bars. The villa staff were extremely friendly and always available whenever we needed anything. Wish we had booked a longer stay. 10/10 we would definitely recommend it!

Willa bardzo ładna, na 2 piętrze duży taras na którym widać zachód słońca, można się usiąść i oglądać piękny widok. Codzienne sprzątanie, kontakt bardzo dobry, poprosiliśmy o pomoc w zorganizowaniu taxi do Naszego następnego punktu i nie było z tym problemu. Polecam!

One minute walk to no deep wather beach - very good for family with small children. Clear pool.

We have another reservation after two weeks again. Mannager let us canceled out next reservation by booking.com and make for us directly reservation. He offer us better price. When we arrive after two weeks back, there was another family in villa and we must found another villa. In rules is - no party in villa, but another guests have loud music and laser light effects till 1:00am. Manager did know it well and let it be. His answer was- it was weddingparty. Fotos are old - there are no another buildings nearby. Reality is - there are two big bilding proces on both sifes of villa, so from 8am to 5pm there is BIG noise.
