Kaas Villas - Entire Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool & Garden

Velmi dobře zařízená a navržená vila v blízkosti moře. Vše bylo čisté a měli jsme okamžitě splněné veškeré požadavky.

V blízkosti probíhá stavba, ale to nám mic nevadilo, protože přes den jsme byli většinou pryč. V noci byl klid.

Beaucoup de travaux collé à la villa (sur la droite et sur la gauche) je vous conseille donc d'attendre un peu pour louer. Il y a pas mal de personnel qui fait des aller retour dans le jardin soit pour les travaux à côté soit pour faire des trucs dans le jardin ou la piscine, donc manque un peu d'intimité. Rapport qualité prix ne vaut pas le coup,pour avoir séjourné une semaine à hirikitya, vous pouvez trouver mieux en rapport qualité prix.

Great location, walkable to everything. Great for a group of friends. Rooftop was amazing for sunset.

Nothing it was perfect

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von zwei Jahren in der Kaas Villa. Auch dieses Jahr überzeugte uns die Lage und die komfortable Eineichtung wieder sehr und wir verbrachten drei tolle Tage am Dickwella Beach. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit und stets sehr freundlich. Pradeep stand immer zur Verfügung. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer!

Auch nach zwei Jahren ist die Unterkunft noch etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Es har grundsätzlich alles was man benötigt, aber Bilder oder etwas liebevollere Details in der Einrichtung könnten die Unterkunft noch wertiger und heimeliger erscheinen lassen.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The villa was very well-equipped and clean, great amenities. Mr Pradeep, the manager was such a lovely guy, very welcoming and attentive. He was easily available for any questions, and thoughtfully left plenty of water in the kitchen for our stay. Kitchen spotless, plenty of crockery etc if you wanted to eat there. The private garden was well maintained, pool very clean. Great wi-fi, good sized fridge if you want to store food. Great roof terrace with lovely views towards sea. No air conditioning downstairs, but large ceiling fans and lots of fresh air! Air-conditioning for rest of villa, lovely balconies with great view from both rooms. The villa is in a good place near to Dikwella beach, there are some lovely new small eateries around, it's easy to get to Hiriketiya if you want to go. Dikwella has a great, more laid back vibe, everyone we met at Kaas Villas and in Dikwella were absolutely smashing, we loved our time here.

Everything was perfect for us. Only thing to mention is that the villa is up a 500 yard or so un-tarmacked road, so might be difficult if someone has mobility problem. But looks like work is going on to improve access at this time. For us, it didn't cause us any issues, or spoil any enjoyment, we had an amazing stay.

The bars by the beach can be loud with music (nothing to do with the villa but can be annoying)

Fantastiskt läge med närhet till restauranger, matbutiker samt både Dikwella Beach och Hiriketya Beach. Det privata poolområdet var riktigt nice, men det absolut bästa var havsutsikten från sovrummen och den möblerade takterrassen där vi njöt av magiska solnedgångar varje kväll!

Köket var lite skralt utrustat, men det är egentligen en småsak.

The comfortable beds, amazing AC, clean kitchen, 3 amazing bathrooms, great water pressure, personal pool and lounge chairs, amazing rooftop views, extra towels, friendly service and washing machine! The best place we stayed in Dikwella. It was the perfect location and very quiet. Wish I had booked it longer.

Could use a hand towel in the kitchen or bathroom. So minor compared to our incredible stay.

Väldigt prisvärt och trevligt boende som låg bra till vid lugna Dikwella beach. Även väldigt hjälpsam och trevligt personal!

Var byggarbete precis bredvid hela dagarna och det hördes tydligt in till oss.
