We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a quiet residential area of East Belfast and felt instantly at home there. It's comfortable and nicely decorated, with good bathrooms, comfy beds and a nice kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils (and a very nice coffee machine!). It's really convenient for the city centre - there's a bus every 10 mins on a weekday, essentially outside of the door. There are good shops nearby, including a Tesco just around the corner, and we recommend the Shimla Indian restaurant which is a 5 minute walk away. We told the owners about a few really minor things like bulbs that need changing and a wobbly toilet seat - all totally easy to fix and none of which affected our enjoyment of our stay at all. We had a really nice time and would happily recommend the house to others looking to get a feel of what it's like to live in the real Belfast city, which is a great place.

No real parking available as stated. However the staff helped to get a solution. It would have been better to mention that parking is in the street and subject to availability.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this cozy 2-bedroom duplex in Belfast. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well-located, with several grocery stores nearby and free parking conveniently right in front.What truly made the stay special was the kindness and generosity of the landlord. They went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. It was the perfect base for our time in Belfast, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property's location is ideal, offering convenient access to the city center. Its prime location ensures that all amenities are readily available.

The room was spotless, every surface gleaming, not a speck of dust in sight. The air was fresh and crisp, carrying a subtle scent of lavender. Linens were crisp and perfectly arranged on the bed, each pillow plump and inviting. Even the smallest details, like the neatly folded towels and the precisely placed toiletries, contributed to the overall sense of perfection.

It had everything we needed. location was perfect to go into Belfast and the 🏉.
