Very clean, fully equipped, lovely decor and very close to the centre

The property was about 10 minutes from the station and very close to the center of town, the apartment was clean, beds were super comfortable with lovely bedding and the house was well equipped, the property was comfortable and well decorated throughout and the guides provided was really useful.

The room on the top floor was very warm like a greenhouse but you just need to open the window to cool it. There were just minor problems like the fridge door handle being loose, or finding an odd ant here or there. One of the plugs didn’t work in the room with 2 single beds. The shower temp was difficult to control and the oven took a while to understand maybe have a manual on how to use.

The location was ideal, near to the centre .

Space was a little tight in the kitchen but that wasnt really an issue for us.

Extremely close to the centre of York, but still very quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom in the loft and the bedroom on the first floor were both very spacious. Bathroom nice and clean with all the facilities you'd expect. Kitchen well laid out and the host left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of milk. Living room perfectly comfortable - it was too cold to use the back garden!

Getting information out of the rental agency in advance of our stay wasn't that easy, needed to chase up several times. The shower was also a bit disappointing - constantly had to adjust the cold tap to get the temp right and the pressure was poor.

Great location, a perfect holiday home for our short trip to York.

Probably need to supply a slip mat for the bath, As slippery when using the shower.
