Rose Cottage - City Centre, Hospital CrownWork Studios, Nissan & Stadium of Light

Location brilliant stones throw away from the town and short walk to the football stadium. Very clean with everything you need for a great stay . Communication with house keeper was second to none any questions we had where answered . Many thanks keep up the good work.

If I have to put one .The double mattress was not to our comfort but that's obviously down to our preferences.

Very close to city centre. House was in good condition and provided us with everything we needed. Very helpful file.

Lovely, big house with plenty room. Had no trouble parking, Laura leaves a permit so you can park right outside. Beds comfy, quite street, and only a 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to Asda superstore. Little garden so a bonus even those the weather was a chilly to sit outside for us. A bit chilly when we walked in but once the heating was turned up it was lovely and warm.

Nothing major. The kitchen would benefit from a frying pan and some small cutting knifes. And in the bedroom, fitted sheets would of been better as the sheets kept coming off but that's a preference of ours.

Wifi wouldn't connect on tv then wifi completely went offline, the shower had very little pressure, bathroom really needs some TLC but owner has made a note about this

We liked the location. it is close to all the main Sunderland attractions. Also The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Nothing major everything met our expectations.
