"Just okay, great if you want to smoke a doobie!"

lots of weed-smells and weed-smelling people around, the public areas are not clean, signs of serious repair needed

heating didn't really work, everything smelled of weed, it was clean but not exceptionally, toilet seat was broken too.

Clean apartment with everything needed. Lovely helpful staff.

A new heater is needed. The heater vibrates and makes loads of noise making it unusable. Only one fork in the cutlery draw.

Very easy check-in and decent location as it’s only a 10 minute walk from Sheffield Station. The flat is decorated nicely and is very spacious!

I think the property needs more maintenance as around the walls and furniture there were a lot of scuffs, marks and cracks. The shower was a little mouldy and the towels were very dusty and triggered my dust allergy so bad. The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable and rock solid because was like two ultra thin pillows stuffed in one pillow case. The swing was coming apart at the top so I didn’t dare go on it lest I lost my £100 (!!!) deposit. I think this place just needs some TLC!

Good budget accommodation. Good communication. Comfy bed.

You have to pay a £100 deposit, which isn't clear until you make booking. The hot water tap did not work in the bathroom.

Simple system

Messaged the host ... Most important window not able to close ... It was very cold . Perhaps an extra quilt on the bed .. Most people importantly: There are clearly a few studios in the same building to rent ... The apartment I looked at /paid for was not the same I stayed in ... I questioned this & as kind as it was they gave me an early check in I would have preferred the actual studio I booked
