Great Studio Apartments - Netflix, Wifi, Digital TV

Location for centre of Sheffield good. Quiet at night. Very clean.

Mattress is not comfy for 2 as you roll into the middle. Remove egg chair as it’s in the way of the mirrors where I needed to do my hair and makeup. Bathroom sink plug missing so could see all of the inside of the plug hole itself which I don’t want to see when I’m brushing my teeth. Bathroom door gets stuck I think due to some kind of expansion with the damp on the wood. Maybe shave the door down so it opens and closes better.

Location was perfect, about a 15 min walk from the train station. Property was good value for money, had everything we needed for our stay. Directions to property and collection of the keys were very well explained.

Toilet was a bit loose.

BE WARNED - they are not clear up front but there is a mandatory £100 security deposit, payable to a PRIVATE MONZO PAYMENT LINK. Upon discovering this, they refused to waive this or refund the booking. In fact to be clear, they did not reply to my messages, and they did not answer any of our many phone calls (these were all made during their check in hours). We were left in Sheffield at 11pm without a place to stay. They have refused to refund us. Arguably they violated both the consumer rights act and the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations act. Booking.com have been very unhelpful.

All round decent. No problems. A bit sketchy being asked for a deposit remotely, but it was refunded.

Pillows were terrible. We didn't sleep the best due to using rolled up towels and t shirts. Way too hard and high.

This property is scam please if you’re reading my review do not book yourself here. I would never ever book anything via this booking.com app anyway.

This person Will ask a £100 deposit 1 day prior to your stay which does and doesn’t make any sense.

The apartment was great and close to basically everything

That Netflix wasn’t directly included but that wasnt a big big deal

Very clean and all amenities works perfect

The location is good and it’s so comfortable
