We stayed here for an event at Sydney and Matilda. Apartment is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from The Moor shopping centre. Reading some of the other reviews I was a little concerned but the apartment was honestly absolutely fine. Clean and comfortable, very quiet and in a good location. For the price paid you really can't complain. Good communication from the manager. Just be aware that you need to pay a £100 deposit against damage but this is refunded on departure and you need to leave the place as you found it. Also a cleaning fee is payable if you require early check in. These are fairly standard for private apartments but it's not made clear in the details. Photos were taken when the place was new from what I can tell.

Bathroom could do with some work but still functional for what's needed. Parking not great around the area but there are spaces on the main road around the corner.
