Location was ok

Bed quality is worse as it was very very spongy making your spine go hell.

Security, location and the apartment itself.

Most stylishly furnished apartment with excellent views from 10th floor, perfect location between Groganville and Westlands shopping district, interiors and kitchen equiment beyond standard, extraordinary rooftop pool with wonderful view. Rooftop bar is also inviting though a little overpriced.

Elevators are undergoing repair (I hope) so there's some trouble with access and help is often required, fitness room as described in the profile and instructions not available. Also would not have expected to pay for luggage deposit on the last day.

Nice building , good location, the rooftop restaurant was a plus. Because we stayed 6 days we got a complementary cleaning.

We were unfortunately there while the elevator was experiencing technical issues. As a result, we had to stop at the first level and rely on a security guard to escort us up and down. Access to the rooftop was somewhat restricted because of this, but we used the stairs instead, and the stunning views and excellent food made the extra effort worthwhile. The pool did not appear particularly clean during our stay, so we chose not to use it. Overall, however, the rooftop experience was enjoyable and well worth the visit. Pillows are not too comfortable, we got neck pain . Since there is no AC , having a net for windows so that we could open them would be a good add on, first night we opened the window tons of mosquitoes found their ways in the unit. Kitchen utensils are somewhat limited for a week stay, no salad bowls , the pan was scratched, no serving dishes, no detergent for laundry was provided so bought a box.

Wonderful stay, great views and delicious restaurant upstairs. The apartment was spacious, clean and well decorated. The communication from the host was exceptional.

The security guards aren't super friendly. The elevator is a little unpredictable.

Was looking forward to using the pool but was under maintenance,also lift situation was not ideal
