Luxury York Apartment, Free Parking & Free Gym

The appartment was well located within easy walking distance to the centre of York . Very clean with good facilities and excellent communication with Josh the owner. Will return again .

Excellent location to get into central York, close to all amenities, no taxis required. Property was clean, tidy and had everything we needed.

Description mentioned a terrace as well as a balcony, we love to sit out and as we had guests joining us this was a bit disappointing but didn’t impact our stay at all. Also balcony could do with a clean.

Initially had no issues with our stay. On arrival instructions it said about displaying the provided car parking permit. This was nowhere to be seen in the apartment or lock box. I was able to get in touch with Josh straight away who took our registration number and assured us he would pass it on to the car parking company to avoid any fines. Didn’t think any more of it. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we have received 2 fines for the 2 days we were there. Josh was very unhelpful when I tried to get in touch with him. Appealed the fines and they were declined. Have since ended up paying to avoid them increasing. I am heavily pregnant and this has been such a stressful situation. The apartment facilities were great however would book this place with caution as if there is no permit you will most definitely get a fine and Josh will not take any responsibility. On looking I have found a similar review complaining about the parking therefore not just a one off. Big shame.

The apartment was excellent, clean and comfortable, within walking distance of the city centre and very very warm.
