"Scary and horrible"

This was, without question, the most horrendous hotel/ stay experience I have ever had. The accommodation gave me the wrong access code to the room, which led to an incredibly distressing and frustrating series of events. Every attempt I made to resolve the issue, whether by emailing, texting, or calling Ali and Faissal, the managers—was ignored. They never responded. As a result, I was locked out of the room and forced to sleep outside. To make matters worse, they blatantly ignored all my calls and messages, only to later send me reminders about checkout. The following day, at a few minutes to 11:00 a.m., a Good Samaritan who is a local called them with phone and they picked which made me believe the whole thing was intentional in the first place because I called them over 50times from that night to the next day and they didn’t pick. Anyways I finally gained access to my room. Despite this ordeal, a cleaner came knocking at 11:00 a.m. to demand I check out based on the order given to her, even though the website clearly states that checkout is at 12:00 p.m. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once did anyone from the management show empathy, apologize, or acknowledge their mistake. This was my first time visiting Morocco and Casablanca, and this experience left a terrible impression. While the apartment itself was neat, it is clear that in the event of an emergency or if you need any assistance, you are completely on your own. The lack of regard, conscience, and basic customer service from the management was absolutely appalling. Bookings.com you have to have ways of mitigating in circumstances like this. I reached out to your customer service, and I was told nothing could be done to help me
