"It’s a nice place to stay barring the hot days"

"Received message 1.5hrs before check in saying previous guest was refusing to leave no further updat"

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this property. Unable to stay as allegedly the previous guest was refusing to leave. Received no update from the host and was forced to seek alternative accommodation. I have been unable to get a response from the host since and booking.vom seem unwilling to help. I can not believe that similar things have happened previously yet booking.vom still allow the property to advertise on their platform. Please do not book this property under any circumstances!!

I couldn't even get into the apartment, no check-in details were sent. I contacted the host, who said that she would ring me back. Never did. Cancelled my stay whilst I was waiting to check-in! Absolutely shocking service, she left me and my daughter with nowhere to stay
