Very Large Double Room with Corner Sofa, Sky TV, Netflix etc, Fridge and Microwave

Good location for me. Easy access to superstores, many coastal towns within easy reach. Plenty of restaurants, strangely for the location very little fish on the menus. The room was clean and tidy with easy access to toilet and bathroom.

The layout of the room is very strange, very large corner sofa, in fact as big as the bed, not one for sitting on only for lying but at right angles to the tv which was four foot above me. I had to make up a makeshift sofa out of cushions, not good. The table was very small and faced the wall.Bathroom could do with the grouting scrubbing. If the owner was to live there for one week solid, I know all the problems would be sorted.

Logement parfait, spacieux , calme et confortable. Dans maison du propriétaire mais seule pièce au rez-de-chaussée avec WC. Salle de bains moderne au 1er étage. Je recommande !

De ruime kamer en de rust en stilte. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Zo goed als alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

De kamer zou voorzien moeten worden van een klein eenvoudig keukenblokje. Iets van ontbijt ontbrak, moet je zelf in voorzien. Dus het is meer een "B" dan een "B&B". De badkamer is op de 1e verdieping en wordt gedeeld met de bewoners. Daar hadden we overigens geen last van en de badkamer was verder prima.

Microwave and heater in room

There was no lock on the bedroom door. I was scared and wedged a chair under the door handle so I could sleep safely, and left my valuables in the car when I was out of the house. The landlord's daughter blocked me in with her car and I needed to leave for work. The landlord didn't answer his phone or messages so I walked around the shared house knocking on doors to try to find the car owner. At the top of the house a door opened and it was the landlord. When I told him I was blocked in he said it was a shared house and we all had to make accommodations.

No lock on the bedroom door. Bedroom at the bottom of the stairs by the front door, I presume professional people going to work first thing in the morning up and down stairs,on there phones or chatting which woke me up at 6.30 am. I stayed for 1 night for a funeral in Brighton which I didn't need to attend until 11am.
