It was all good

It was dirty..could only stay one night..we would like reimbursement for the second night.

Location!

Most rentals have some amenities like snacks, water, toiletries, - someone forgot their toothbrush. Just would have been a nice touch.

How wonderfully nice the hosts were, the location was perfect for where we needed to be, the cleanliness, and even though we were right in the heart of Wrigleyville, we heard almost no noises from outside, Beds were very comfy too

Sidewalks and stairwell completely un shoveled after snow storm. Couldn’t have shoes inside, but no rugs provided for our snow boots so had to clean the floors after our stay. Party coozie found under drapes. Unresponsive property manager until Bookings.com got involved. And check in times were changed after I booked the earliest check in time listed on site. All instructions AFTER you pay say a later check in, and check in time is changed on your behalf without any communication.

Super Easy location from the train, minutes from Wrigley field and much more. Spacious, clean, secure and very comfortable.

The location on the corner of the block was even more convenient for us. It was literally just steps away from the train station where you can easily take the red line to downtown! Even though we were close to the train station I didn’t find any noise to be absurd or overly loud. It was 5 of us and we all slept well and cozy! Wrigley field is just about two blocks up the road along with tons of restaurants, bars, and stores all around. Super safe area and police station is right up the road. Unit #2 was great for our family. Super clean, open, comfortable beds, couch, and it had the comforts of a Keurig with Keurig cups. One thing I most appreciated is that this host is the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve used air bnb a lot! Quick to respond and answer all questions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends visiting Chicago!

The property was great, the couch is comfortable, and the two bedrooms were impeccably clean. The single bathroom was probably my favorite feature about this stay, the overhead shower was nice, it had good pressure.

Although you can get a parking permit, parking is actually very difficult. You are within the city confines, you are very close to everything, but with that, you are fighting for parking. If you are okay with parking 10 or so minutes away and then walking to the apartment, it is no big deal. However, I traveled with a family, so I ended up dropping off some members, and then parking the vehicle on my own because nearby spots were scarce.
