High quality facilities. Not overly crowded. Staff excellent.

Did not realise current work ongoing so reduced public rooms /bar/ restaurant compared to previous visits, yet still a great time had.

"Beautiful spa and very friendly staff"

The staff are always extremely pleasant and welcoming. Me and my sister have stayed at Rockliffe approx 10 times in recent years and keep returning as its near to where we live. This was our first time taking the bike out for a short ride which we enjoyed. Its lovely to receive water for the journey home.

We love the staff at the breakfast, however would have loved some more flavour to our cooked meals.

"Lovely hotel with excellent staff and cozy room"

Lovely huge room that was very clean! The staff were also fabulous including the Italian sommelier who was so knowledgeable!

The spa rooms could have been cleaner, the changing room toilet wasn’t in good shape.
