Toilets/Showers were unclean. Front door did not lock, Place is looking very tired.
GBGBWe got exactly what we paid for. Compared to a more expensive (and worse) stay somewhere else the previous night, it was far better. The room was clean and it was easy to get into the room with the PIN codes provided. I'd definitely stay here again if I travelled to Southampton in future.
In the afternoons/evenings and very early morning, there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, but this is fairly easily solved by bringing your own. I didn't see any staff on site, but we didn't spend long at the guesthouse at all so staff may well have been around.
CHGByou get what you pay for . it’s very cheap and a good location , only 15 min walk to train station and shops . room 8 the toilet is only just down the stairs . room was clean and tidy .
i would definitely only stay here for a night or 2 (i only stayed one night) very confusing coming in , came through the back gate and back door which are unlocked , had to wait until someone that worked there came . it was quite cold in my room and no idea where shower was . does smell a bit when you come in
