Everything else. When I opened the window, i had to close it immediately because there was a group of people talking loudly in the garden and listening laun music. That was the first nightmare. The mattress and the whole bed was very work and uncomfortable. The only one shared bathroom was out od order and not possible to use. No instruction on finding any alternative place to have a shower. Just one toilet in the starcase. Unpleasant house, with a skip on the drive. I was going to drive to Bournemouth on the next morning but I resigned staging in that room and just came back to London. Since I have been using Booking app, this happened to me for the first time.

They double booked the room i was meant to stay in, got there very tired, with heavy bags only to be told theres no room left! The communication was poor too so ended up having to carry my bags and go to another accommodation near by!
