Nothing. It is a place where you can really call home. With highly dedicated staffs and supportive.

Good location. Few minutes walk to the train station and to the shops.

Room could use some cleaning- was really dusty. Curtains also had toothpaste stains from probably previous occupants. Couldn’t use the toaster and kettle because they were really dusty. Room was really chilly- heating wasn’t working. Shower on my floor was labeled not fit to use; might be helpful to have a label or direction to the one in use- had difficulty finding it. Front door lock was faulty- anyone could gain entrance into the property. Room lock however worked, which is good.

It's a bed in a room with a sink. It's cheap and you can come and go as you please without seeing anyone.

There was no toilet paper in any of the toilets from the evening of when I arrived and still not when I left the next morning. One shower was out of order and the other one didn't have any hot water. The bed felt like pure springs so was barely passable and the cupboard in the room had a water tank or something in so you could hear running water all night.

The bathroom had no light, the shower was disgusting, and the downstairs door could be entered without a code because it was broken.

This property was filthy,stairway lights and toilet not working,room not ready and not even dirty laundry removed,cigarette ash in the kettle,mattress old springs,no passwords fo wifi worked,had to wait 2 hours before someone came to clean room and change bed etc

The shared bathroom/shower was out of order. But you had a sink in room to wash. The toilet pull cord is hanging from the ceiling so you couldn't use it. So you had to ponder the world problems in the dark. Using toilet paper was then guesswork. The bed was uncomfortable and everyone you turned over the springs pinged. Plus whoever had been in room beforehand left their vape box rubbish The place is a bit tired and ready for an upgrade or refresh

The location is good and parking is easy. Access was easy through door codes and the wifi worked well. The room was quiet and the bed was a comfortable. There was a table and chair for working at my laptop. This room at the top of the house was probably quieter than rooms downstairs. Nice clean towels were provided and even some shampoo and shower gel. There was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, and a washbasin which was handy since the main bathroom is downstairs.

The room was very cold when I arrived with both windows wide open and the radiator was stone cold. The rest of the house was very warm, but I had to prop my door open to let the warmth in. Although I turned the radiator up, it didn't come on until the morning, and then only the bottom warmed up. It clearly needed bleeding. I tried calling the help number, but it went to answerphone at 8pm, saying it was after hours, and there were no staff to help. I'm glad that I had my thermal underwear with me, otherwise it would have been too cold to get to sleep. One bathroom was out of order but I found another one which was very warm and I had a nice warm shower. So if you're staying here, bring your thermals!!
