GBLocation was excellent. Limited facilities but exceptional value.
GBGBI arrived there first of all no one tell you anything. We could not get in the room because there was no key in the key code box the emergency telephone number to ring said they were closed. I told them in my email I will arriving at six o Clock we at ten to six. I have pictures of the empty box with no key and the email saying room 8 and code number and photo of this box open with no key. In the end we leave to find somewhere else to stay we spent hours finding somewhere in the end we found a Premier Inn at £102.00 pounds a night but we had to take it because we could find nothing else.I am not very happy about this and I think something should be done. We was going on a Cruise the next day and this upset both of us. I sent email from the hotel we staying in. Thank you.GarryBone.
