I stayed in room number 8, which was located on the fourth floor, completely isolated and the only room on that level. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unsettling. You can hear everything, from the sound of cars outside to the noise of rainwater running through the pipes throughout the night. The room was extremely cold, and unfortunately, no one had checked whether the heating was functioning before my arrival. I arrived late and there was no reception service available to contact for help. I couldn’t sleep because of how cold it was. The bed was another major issue. It was very dirty, the bedding was old, worn out, and had an unpleasant smell. The curtains were very dirty. I couldn’t bring myself to lie on it. I had to use my own rug as a sheet and some of my clothes as a pillow, and I slept wearing my jacket because the weather was so cold—especially in November with a rainy night. The room itself felt old, unclean, and quite eerie. There was also a closed door on the right side of the room, but no other rooms nearby. The strange part was that someone seemed to be in that adjacent space, playing video games loudly. The sounds coming from that hidden room made the atmosphere even more frightening. I spent a terrifying night in an unclean, uncomfortable, and unsettling place. It’s surprising considering the pleasant ratings this property has, my experience was completely different and extremely disappointing.

The room had a weird smell like a smoker was there and the window not opened or even an air freshener used. There hand wash in the room is blocked and there’s no note on it. I felt sick and threw up on my first night there. I called, not picked, sent a message and no response. It was like that till I left the venue. The bin was not emptied too. I saw other occupants and they complained they don’t come for maintenance when called upon.

The room is at the top of the house, and the toilet and the bathroom to use are downstairs . i expect the toilet and the bathroom to be located at the same level with the room
