Very homely property in a small very quiet park.lovely light modern property had everything you needed.we stayed for one night on the way back from Scotland.

We stopped here on the way up and back from Scotland. Spacious, dog friendly and everything there we needed. Beds are comfy and showers are good. Managed to leave coats behind, but owner is sending them on. Great customer service!

Good value and great for overnight stopover on way to Scotland. Everything provided and beds very comfy. Clean and parking by the side.

Very friendly communication with Joanne throughout- thank you! She made us feel welcome! The property is on a quiet site, very handy for the M6 and Lake District. The caravan is comfortable and warm and well-enough equipped- ideal for a stopover. Secure decking for dogs which is great!

Property isn't new and the kitchen, cupboards, fridge and utensils could do with a little more cleaning and attention to detail. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, though.

Could have done with more saucepans and hob and microwave and hob difficult to operate as details rubbed off could do with updating.

Great communication and heating was put on for our arrival time. Nice layout and parking space right by the property. Easy check in and check out. Peaceful location.

Kitchen equipment, plates and cutlery all needed washing before use and dishwasher was out of order. In the morning there was only enough hot water for one of us to have a shower.
