Perfect location.

Cleaning was not the best. Overall pretty run-down place.

The location near the Bull Ring shopping centre was excellent and we were very pleased to have free parking. It was well equipped and good for a short stay. The security staff in the foyer were very helpful.

The building is surrounded by scaffolding so there is no attractive view from the lounge and one bedroom, the second bedroom being windowless. Although generally clean, some things had a layer of dust e.g. ledges in the en-suite bathroom. The corridors in the building are very neglected with dirty carpets. You have to collect keys from a shop that is about a 10 minute walk away. This means that you have to stop somewhere to get the keys before entering the car park as there is really nowhere to stop outside the car park in case someone else wants to enter it. I parked for a short time in the Bull Ring car park. Also, you have to drop off the keys when you leave, so we asked the security man to let us into the car park after the drop off so we could exit with our car.

De locatie was prima

We zouden vooraf geïnformeerd worden waar wij de sleutel van het appartement moesten ophalen, maar hier zelf achteraan moeten gaan. Het appartement was niet schoon. Het appartementencomplex werd verbouwd, bouwvakker liepen voor het raam over steiger, s’ morgens werd er geboord en getimmerd. Het inleveren van de sleutel kon ook niet op de afgesproken locatie.

The apartment and closeness to City Centre

Entrance hidden behind construction hoarding. Very difficult to find as was where you had to collect the key. Common area of block shabby.

Estaba muy central. Las camadas eran cómodas.
