Information provided regarding access to address and how to collect keys was brilliant. Owner easy to contact when needed, Polite and friendly. Immaculate Apartment in an ideal location. Would recommend to others and will be using again.

Great host, very helpful

The ability to park in a secure car park was excellent and although the reception area, lift and hallways were a bit scruffy, once you were in the apartment it was really lovely and just what we needed for a 1 night business stay. All very clean and functional. The host was really responsive and even sent a really helpful video of how to get to the parking as the postcode did not quite take us to the actual location.

Although I understand that the use of a shop to collect the key was super secure (rather than a lock box) it was rather stressful as I was so worried I would get a ticket. Also, had we been caught up in traffic and been late then the shop closed at 9 pm and so we would have been unable to access the venue. It did not happen but I only realised this on the actual day of our trip. It was super easy to find the shop and again a really helpful video to find exactly where to go but it did add a bit of stress to arrival and departure.

We found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious for the price range. It is located so close to the train station which was key for us. The proprietor made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. I do the same trip every year and will definitely use this property when I can in the future.

The decor of the building outside of the apartment is in need of an upgrade (but this is nothing to do with the apartment itself)

Even though the place is hard to find, still the location is just perfect. Everything is close, train station, restaurants, shops and so on. Clean and comfortable. And the coach station is also very close, if you come to Birmingham with a bus.

Just a bit hard to find, but sure it was OK.

Great place to stay, right in the centre, secure parking, very impressed with the communication about how to get the keys and get into the parking (have to walk to a shop for keys) videos provided to make it really easy. Would book here again
