The stay left a negative impression. The apartment is located in a reasonably convenient area, but this does not compensate for the main issues. The condition of the property and cleanliness were poor. The bed linen appeared worn and not fresh. The kitchen utensils were also in poor condition and in need of replacement. There was also a serious concern regarding cleanliness: a bag of rubbish was found under the bed, which indicates only superficial or inadequate cleaning of the property. There was also a fault in the bathroom: the sink plug was stuck and the sink could not be used. Contacting the management company did not lead to a resolution — instead of fixing the issues, they requested photographs, and no practical action was taken. Given the price of the stay, expectations were not met.

Location was great and it was very spacious and comfortable. The host was also accommodating about our check in and instructions were very clear at all times.

Very comfortable bed, sofa was brilliant for relaxing on. Netflix easily accessible on bedroom TV. Well equipped kitchen. Nice little courtyard garden. Close to all attractions we wanted to visit.

Only downside is parking. You can park outside for one hour, or overnight from 6pm until 8am. We found parking at a school for £9 for the day then parked on the street overnight. Would be great if you had a transferable permit but it wasn't too much of a big deal for us

Would like to be able to open a window for fresh air in bedroom or lounge.
