Cosy wee flat. Great location for access to the Northern Quarter with a handy grocery store nearby. Balcony was an added bonus. Good facilities and secure property within building

The bath area could have been cleaner due to mould on tiles and in corner but overall cleanliness was very good

WiFi wasn't working but due to an issue with the supplier so would be unfair to mark down because of this.

Flat was clean and well located

Unfortunately the bedding did not seem very clean or at least had a musty smell as they had not dried properly but host was very responsive and we changed the sheets to spares in the wardrobe which was somewhat an improvement.

Excellent location and well equipped apartment. Check in is straightforward. Walking distance to city centre and venues. Relatively quiet too considering the location!

Bed is just a standard double and I’ve had more comfortable beds. Not a major issue, but worth pointing out if you're someone who struggles to sleep. I don’t love that they need a £250 deposit ahead of check in which took a few days after check out to clear and be back in my account. Despite charging a cleaning fee, you are expected to empty the bins etc. Main bins are in the basement of the building. Not a huge problem, but allow an extra 10 mins or so for this when checking out.

They forgot to set up an extra bed, it was also an aid bed which was not mentioned on the site… the flat had a damp smell

Mooi nieuw appartement, super ligging, goede keuken, goede begeleiding op afstand bij het vinden van de sleutels en openen deuren.

In het weekend 's nachts pratende buren op hun balkon. 4 meter tegenover het appartement.

Enjoyed my stay there very much! Had the entire apartment to myself: cosy bedroom w/ a balcony, spacious living room & bathroom, and bonus points for having a kitchen and a washing machine. Very good location: quiet neighbourhood, grocery shop nearby, and within walking distance to major landmarks. It’s also nice to have a lift in the building because I absolutely hate carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. Moreover, the host Jay was very hospitable, helped me a lot upon check-in and responded quickly to all my questions. Overall, had a great time during my stay. Will choose the place again for my next trip to Manchester!
