The property was not properly cleaned, I found a disgustingly dirty pillow case it put me off for the rest of my stay🤮

The location was central we could reach different fast food restaurants. The apartment was spacious enough. Amazing views, loved the view day and night.

We struggled to find the entrance as the uber driver was also unsure about the location. I called a number bookings provided, took some time to get through. Managed to find the entrance myself.

Nothing

Dirty. Plastic plants that were dusty. Used sponge in the sink. Bedding not clean and holes in the pillows. Window useless as all you see it a building wall I front of you. Weird entrance and feels so secured it was scary and didn’t feel safe. We immediately left and booked another place. Still waiting for my refund.

Safety

The period for linen change is not ok, 8 days is not healthy.

Great property in an excellent location - extremely central and perfectly placed for all activities in Cape Town.

Second bedroom could do with a shower extension.

The host company are terrible
