Flat 3 Rylands Street

Bed bugs in the bed. The bedsheets hadn't been changed. Sharp broken tile in bathroom. We didn't receive check in information until after the check in time, even though I sent a message 3 days before.

Location was spot on

Comfortable and well-equipped flat! The owner was wonderful, letting us check in earlier than usual without charging extra. I will definitely return many more times!

Nothing to complain about.

It sleeps 4 people with a dining table the size of a chess board with two seats and a two seater sofa needs new mattresses on beds and you have to be skinny as a rake to use bathroom and duck down to use toilet

Did not stay, had to book into a local hotel, the beds were covered in blood stains, no bedding, place was awful

I initially had some trouble with the key safe, as it wasn't opening. I couldn't find any way to switch on the radiators in the rooms. I had to sleep fully clothed, and was still cold. The mattresses on the beds are needing replaced.

I couldn’t get in to the property, I messaged the owner the day before to check on door codes but didn’t get a response. We got a message at 22.50 the night we arrived saying we were being moved to another address. By that time we’d given up trying to call them, I’d like refunded as I had to book another hotel and get a taxi
