Plymouth Hoe - Beautiful 5 Bedroom Victorian House - Central Location

Perfect location and such a spacious house really comfortable beds

Great location, lovely looking house. Warm and cosy bedrooms, loads of space.

Had an issue where the cooker stopped working half way through making lunch, contacted the property but had no response. Seemed like I was ignored or getting no response if we had an issue but they were very quick to get in touch if there was a noise complaint.

The size of the house was excellent. Location to the hoe and the shops excellent

The dinning area was too cold to use which made it difficult to eat a meal at the table.

A big house in a great location. Too many small issues to be able to really enjoy the property. A bit frustrating to be honest because the property could be so nice with a bit more effort.

Door handles hanging off doors (no screws), cold (couldn’t get the heating to get warmer) instructions in the welcome pack (there was no welcome pack), light bulbs out in bedside lamps (3), issue with the key box, shower in ensuite as unable to regulate temperature. Unable to use back glass doors as the handle is on the floor in the car park. Really frustrating as the house is lovely.

Beautiful inside, very clean couldn’t complain about the actual property at all!!

Only complaint is the noise outside being woke from 12-2 in morning with loads of noise from people going out

The property is in a great location & generously sized for a large group.

There were some significant issues with the property. 2 of the 3 smoke alarms were removed from their mountings & left in the kitchen with no batteries. Mould growing in the dining area & when it rained water is tracking down from the ceiling towards the plug point. Out of the 5 bedrooms, 3 handles came off in our hands & had to be re-secured. Definitely some repairs needed & smoke alarms need reinstalling.
