Good location, staff were helpful upon request, airport shuttle was free which was great.

Check in was late - not super late but not ideal when it’s 3pm and you’ve been traveling all day. The walls were really dirty, like someone had rubbed their fingers everywhere and definitely needs a clean. When room was cleaned and dirty towels were taken they weren’t replaced, had to request clean towels. Not enough pool chairs. Food was overpriced. Just not quite up to scratch for the price.

They greet you with a delicious welcome drink made with mint and fruits, yum! The staff were very accomodating when we asked for laundry to be returned within 24 hours. The free shuttle to the Lio Beach was also nice, and the restaurant had a nice selection of foods. The pool was nice for a quick refreshing dip. The fitness center had a nice selection of fairly new clean equipment.

There was a New Years Eve party that was so loud and went on until 12:30am when we were trying to sleep right above the party location. It would have been nice if they had more space but with limited space i guess we were just unlucky to be early to bed people. I assume most parties will be held by the pool. The hotel did not allow for charging meals to the room, so we had to be bothered after every meal with paying by credit card or cash, and it was not an easy final check out bill like most hotels. If you forget to pay for a drink they come to your room for payment. Not the most relaxing vibe.
