Deluxe room was very spacious, there was a nice pool area

Hot water was intermittent in shower, water didn’t drain out of the shower. Breakfast was very poor. Staff were ok, didn’t really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome particularly when our stay was over Christmas.

Shower in the Standard room are not enclosed causing water to splash on the floor outside the Shower cubr making it messy.

Modern style, Pool was nice, Rooms were good.

The dining area, buffet and menus. A lot of options in the menu weren't available and for 3nights and 4days it's frustrating specially the restaurants are far from this hotel. Taste of the foods need improving as well. Espresso machine was down all week. No Elevator.
