We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The property itself looks nice from the outside, but the room we received was extremely old and very humid. Everything was wet — the floor, the walls, the bed sheets, and even the toilet paper. We asked to change the room, and although the staff moved us, the second room had the exact same problem. We chose this hotel over other options specifically because it was more expensive and looked like a comfortable place to rest after our flight was cancelled. But the opposite happened. I woke up several times during the night because I couldn’t breathe, and in the morning I felt very sick. Even the hotel driver noticed how unwell I was. I’ve been sick for two days now and couldn’t enjoy anything. It’s really disappointing and sad because this experience ruined part of our honeymoon. A hotel at this price should never have rooms in such a condition. I hope management takes this seriously, as no guest should go through this.

Close to airport and nice helpful staff.

Phone line wasn’t working on our first night. Unable to call front desk to request for towels to use on the bathroom floor. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet because of not having shower curtain. Water was all over the entire bathroom floor which made it very unsafe for us to walk inside the bathroom. TV and TV control wasn’t working either. Tried everything using the control, and nothing happens.

"Great option close to the airport and other fun spots."

Great location, only 10 minutes ride from the El Nido airport. Clean, fresh, modern and comfortable hotel with it's own free shuttle to the nearest Lio beach (a great one indeed) and to the downtown center.

Everything was great to be honest.

Gym, 2 pools and gave me a free poolside upgrade without asking. Much better than Al Amara where I also stayed.

Cozy, clean and absolutely love the ambiance! IThe staff are very kind and accomodating. They even packed a breakfast for us since we had to leave the hotel at 6am sharp to catch a flight and the breakfast will start at 6:30am. I really appreciate it!
