All of the staff provided superior customer service and the pool area was fantastic to relax in. The lobby was a nice place to hang out to read a bit if the weather didn't cooperate for using the pool area. Your breakfast buffet was incredible on the days you were busy and very nice on the slower days. The restaurant staff were always helpful and provided service with a smile at any time during their work day.

The air conditioner in the room is not the best for the humid conditions that exist in the area. Using the "dry" setting on the air conditioner unit did help a bit, but the room was always damp and the towels would not dry fully because of it which forces you to have to request new towels. We were inconvenienced one evening around 6:20pm as the restaurant closed at 6:00pm which was earlier than previous evenings causing us to rely on snacks we had in the room to tide us over until breakfast the next day.

Estaba a 10 minutos en moto del centro del nido así que estaba muy bien ubicado. El hotel es bonito y cómodo

La ducha no se regula bien. Por lo que la mayoría de veces nos duchábamos con agua fría porque no se llegaba a poner caliente

All the staff were amazingly helpful. Loved the pool area. Wish you'd sell your wooden coasters. Don't understand why it's not standard to clean rooms daily anymore. You have to ask when you run out of toilet paper, tissue, for more towels as the wet towels never dry. Everything. You're a nice hotel. Would be nicer if it was a standard for a basic clean and refresh. I shouldn't have to ask.
