The attendant named Bob was better than excellent if I were to return it would be because of his outstanding service I watched him working and I saw his attention to detail with each and every customer I can tell you that that man deserves a higher position within your establishment with an increased salary he is above average much above average I am a business owner and I can tell you that a company is only as good as it's people you should not overlook this young man

great facilities, very well equipped gym, friendly staff and great locations

room downstairs unfortunately very dark and humid

לא הביאו לנו מגבות במשך שלושה ימים ביום השלישי ביקשנו בעצבים ושלחו לנו אחרי כמה פעמים

Very Good Breakfast The transfers to El Nido, Airport and Lio Beach. Swimming Pool

Don't trust the photos, particularly the one of the entrance. It was the biggest disappointment. Very far from the center, you cannot walk anywhere. Bad internet service. Never had hot water to shower. Humidity and bad drainage in the toilet. Overpriced. Very noisy party in the swimming pool. I called the reception at around 10 pm to ask to put the music down and they told me they could not do anything because the pool wasnt still close.

The washroom in our room was having stinky smell all the time

Has a good gym and 20 minute walk to lio beach

The first night I got there and had a shower, the drain was blocked and the water flooded the entire bathroom. I called reception and they sent someone to unblock it. The two staff members unblocked it, then walked out and left the water and their dirty foot prints. They didn't clean the mess or offer me towels to do it myself. Major slip hazard! I had the clean my room sign up from 8 am. I went out for the day and arrived back at 5:30 and my room hadn't been made up. I told reception and they gave me towels, however didn't give me and more water or coffee satchets etc. I felt like my entire stay I had to hassel the staff just to get basic things that should have been included in the price and that every other hotel i have stayed in do for their guests. Very disappointed because it isn't cheap.
