Room is clean. Good location, near the train station. Near high street and restaurants.

The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Tea and coffee facilities were also available.

There was no allocated parking of which we knew before booking. This meant finding a place on the street, often a bit of a distance away from the accommodation. Access to the property was shared by the landlord and the door to our room was unlockable from outside of the room. This meant that a slight security issue was a concern. The property itself was down an unkept narrow side street that is in need of tidying up. Slight confusion on the departure times, on the website, it states 9am, however, the framed notice on the kitchenette table says 9pm. I personally would have preferred a 10am departure, thus allowing for a less hurried exit.

Location was fantastic for us. Apartment was spacious. Lovely biscuits left for us.

It became apparent that someone had access to the kitchen, which we thought was ours exclusively. No problem for it to be shared, but if that is the case, we would have appreciated a lock on the bedroom door to secure our things. The fridge needed a more thorough clean in places.

Comfortable space, lovely to be able to relax after a day of traveling and great to be able to leave luggage during the day.

The room is spacious and tidy. All the facilities are nice. The bathroom comes with a bath tub and it is really nice to have a bath after an exhausted day. The whole place is very quiet. It is a good choice under most circumstances.

1. No one picked us up when we arrived and there is no code in the instructions so we cannot open the lock box .We tried to call the host but the call was directed to voice mail directly. 2. No greeting from the host at all. Received two messages after we checked in: 1. Payment reminder 2. A complain message sent at 1 am, saying our light is too disturbing and might attract seagull, also saying that we should close our window( we never opened the window). 3. We don’t feel welcomed and were reluctant to use facilities in the room. Although the room and facilities are nice, the experience living here overall is not very pleasant. I would choose other accommodation next time.

Close to railway station. Close to town centre. Lovely room and bathroom. Very clean. Host provided option of cerial for breakfast though not expected.

Sorry to say there was a musty smell - mostly in the bathroom though also slightly in the bedroom - though helped by being able to leave the windows open. This didn't spoil our stay though.

The property owner was really accommodating, we got lost on our way(which is partly my fault), they were happy to fetch us. And the location of the place was perfect and either the price it was a win win situation.

Seamless late booking, with good directions and instructions for picking up key for a property without an on-site host. Conveniently located just a very short, easy walk away from the Railway Station and High Street, with plenty of restaurants within easy comfortable walking distance. Spotlessly clean and comfortably large room, well appointed with comfortable double bed and excellent bathroom including bath-tub and good shower-over-bath. Quiet location within enclosed courtyard that provided an excellent night's sleep, despite open sash windows. No view of the sea was not a problem for just one night. Perfectly adequate choice of cereals, yoghurt, bottled orange juice and fresh milk for two provided a quick and satisfying breakfast for us, as we were wanting to catch the early train back to London. A very convenient and comfortable overnight stay for two on our last night in Penzance which offered very good value for money - am happy to recommend without hesitation.
