Very comfortable bed. Simple breakfast provided. Fridge downstairs to put some food into overnight. Host communicative and helpful. Host allowed us to place luggage in kitchen until noon and was super flexible about the time we could leave. Very close to Penzance station. It was close to the centre of Penzance, yet quiet. Lots of options for TV watching.

Smell from owner’s cooking around 7.30-8.00 pm travelled from owner’s kitchen into our room. Early checkout policy from room (9 am), even if owner allowed us to stay until later.

It is very clean and comfortable. As we are travelling around the UK by rail, this property is excellent in terms of location as it is only abt a 10 minutes walk from the Penzance train station.

There was a very funny smell we couldn’t put our finger on when we arrived and also didn’t like the fact we could only lock room door from the lock on the inside of the door when we were in as the hall was shared with the owners room door

Was confused on how to use the telly and heating but the owner was lovely and sorted it

Location was great, very close to the station and high street. David and Fiona were easy to contact and were very accommodating and flexible. Very clean apartment and the bed sheets were amazing!

The owners were very kind and accommodation, had great communication in which they helped with finding the location of the airbnb and gave all information in a booklet on arrival, penzance can be quite difficult to get signal so their WiFi was definitely beneficial for our stay and since we’re travelling for work the location is easily accessible to the harbour and is situated right next to all the stores, pubs, restaurants etc. Absolutely loved our stay!

Since the road is unmarked it can be difficult to find but their instructions help direct you from A40 and also the train station so no complaints here!
