The host was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked decent and well stocked. It is located very close to the Penzance station and in walking distance to the main road with many cute shops.

If you copy the address on the bookings.com website and paste it to the Google map it will lead you to the wrong address. I guess we were not the only ones who struggled to find the place because someone from the street said it was a private property and he saw many people knocking the wrong door. More detailed instruction for check-in would be needed!

Very convenient for the station.Comfortable, clean and spacious.Easy to access.A lovely place to stay.

A bit chilly on arrival though instructions were available to put on the heating and it soon warmed up.They even messaged to check it was warm which was nice. (Clearer instructions are needed to use both the boiler and the tv. for those of us who are a bit dim) I was unclear as to whether the access door and the kitchen area were for our sole use or shared.

"Just book it, you won’t regret"

I loved the place, it was so clean and every detail was thought of. The room and the shower were amazing. The lady was so nice asking if we needed anything. I would definitely go back there.

Maybe add oat milk for breakfast as some people are lactose intolerant like me

"Fantastic little property near Penzance town centre"

All around great property with all the amenities. Big clean comfortable spacious room and bathroom. Smart tv with all favourite apps. Communal kitchen provided. Friendly, attentive and professional hosts. Will look to book again if in the area.

TV wasn’t working when I arrived - quickly sorted by host. Toilet didn’t flush properly
