The staff and food were fantastic

There is no beach, the pictures online are from 2005 or earlier. Where the beach should be there are giant sand bags.

Food was good. Service was good. No need to leave the hotel.

There was no beach like shown on the images. All in was wierd needed to sign 0 checks and some things still cost some money.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Especially for families. The resort is easy to navigate—it’s big, but not too big. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

The food and drinks were not the best. In the buffets, it seemed food was always picked over and limited. Ordering lunch at the restaurants was nice to have made to order, but it took very long because you are competing with room service/pool side orders. People save chairs by the pool at 7 am and don’t actually sit on them until hours later. The hotel should have a policy for this. It’s silly and makes the experience less enjoyable.

There were amazing staff, comfy beds, great food and it was a very clean resort. Played Pickleball with the staff and rode bikes to explore. All the pools were a great temperature.

The only downside was the aggressive Timeshare concierge. He said it was mandatory to attend a meeting. We ended up having to cancel as my husband had a medical emergency at the same time as the meeting and they charged us for it. Luckily the beautiful Gina at the checkout managed to get the charge waived.
