The property was close in location to the city centre. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Nice to sit outside in the evening. Free WiFi and Free parking with no restrictions on weekend.

The house smelt of cigarettes, we bought scented candles, but I feel it was an old smell, the sofa and chairs appear grubby. There is a hole in the floor of one bedroom under the carpet. There needs to be a handle to help get out of the shower/bath. Unfortunately the first impression of bad smell and tatty decoration gives a bad first impression. However it was clean. The house is located only a 10minutes walk to the centre which is good. However you are walking near a hostel and each time we did the walk whether it was there or back, we encountered some concerning men.

Very close to the city centre. Lovely and quiet and very comfortable beds.

The property is spacious and the location is very convenient for walking into town and to the Sainsbury's superstore. Beds were comfortable and it was good to have a sitting room to share.

We really should have been warned that there would be an anti-asylum protest 100-metres down the road on the Saturday, particularly as a helpful policeman informed us that they happen regularly. It was quite intimidating when the police vans started to arrive, and noisy for about 3 hours! An online search while it was happening revealed that it had been flagged in the local press. As mentioned in previous reviews, the property could use some maintenance, e.g. there's a hole under the carpet beneath the leg of one of the single beds; and there's no plug in the bathroom basin. Finally, although there is free on-street parking, you have to move your car at various points in the day to avoid fines.
