3BR/3BA Charming Key West Style Home in Downtown Saint Augustine

The location was perfect. Communication was wonderful. Slept six with enough space. Neighborhood was quiet.

The only problem was that the front door needs to be repaired. We couldn’t get out the front door and had to leave through the back door. With six people there was not enough face rags. My family found the beds hard but that’s just our opinion.

Very cute and charming little house perfectly decorated. The location was on a quiet street and only 1.4 miles from the heart of downtown. Had a fire pit out back and supplied wood which was nice. Plenty of room for the five of us. Televisions accessible in all rooms and living room. Full size fridge with excellent ice maker, never needed to buy any.

The landscape has been unattended to and overgrown in front yard, was a little concerned when we pulled up but inside was very nice. In the back it was spacious with 5 chairs around fire pit but patio with chairs to eat needed to be powerwashed and cleaned up.

I'm a Florida man and the flavor of that house what's the perfect relaxation. With hurricane Milton last week we had plenty of firewood on the street to pick up. It was just a skip and a hop to everything and I mean everything perfect location to see everything in in Augustine and a short trip down the coast to destination Daytona and main Street boardwalk.

I only had two days

The house itself is wonderful and the backyard is the best place to relax

I think that the expenses for the cleaning are a bit too much

Location, charming and has a lot of potential

The property appeared to be clean but the yard was a mess, floor sandy, window broken, front and back door deadbolt didn’t work, loose sink fixture, house was hot and dark upon late arrive as notified at time of booking, which felt a little unnerving. House was musty and moldy or there was a cat inside. Allergies hit 2 of the 3 of us within 10 minutes.

Charming, cozy cottage conveniently located near tourist attractions. Traveling with my son, we enjoyed relaxing in cottage rainy nights. Not much time to enjoy back yard but it has perfect set up for hanging out. Will be back next time I find myself in St. Augustine :)
